i doubt Triangel knows anything bout personal warranty. It's very rare that sellers will provide personal warranty on software. Even shops dont provide warranty on software. 2 weeks personal warranty on an item should cover whether the item is working or not. If item found malfunction between Personal Warranty period then the seller should refund the money to buyer.

Seller claims that the hardware was damaged after COD, we all know that there's no way to proof that now. Seller also claims that some sticker is removed. A pic or whatever to verify that?

Buyer claims that the phone never left his pocket. Can buyer proof that nothing is removed from the phone upon COD?

that sticker is just a normal sticker with an ape picture.

what do you means by nothing is removed?
u means the sticker? yes I removed the sticker,
but tat 1 actually doesnt matter in this case.
after I remove the sticker and cannot switch on the phone i ask the seller because i afraid tat sticker is to tide the battery or wat, and he said tat 1 doesnt matter.

now the problem is actually at the charging port, which the pin inside is bend.
although the phone still can be charged.

ok...
seems like there is no "discussion" here anymore.
the seller just called me up saying that he won't come here to discuss it and he won't logon to lyn.

the seller said that he already repair that port "for me",
and I get the phone which working fine,
so he won't respond anymore and let me continue my "story" here.
and he ask what do I want from him.
actually I dunno as well but I just feel that this transaction is not quite fair for me, that's y I post here to ask for opinion,
and then decide what can I do or what can I get.
but since now triangle is not going to respond to this,
there will be no discussion between the seller and buyer anymore,
(doubt should I use the word "anymore", since triangle never appear in this thread =/)
but opinions from you all are still welcomed.
Thank you.
