i doubt Triangel knows anything bout personal warranty. It's very rare that sellers will provide personal warranty on software. Even shops dont provide warranty on software. 2 weeks personal warranty on an item should cover whether the item is working or not. If item found malfunction between Personal Warranty period then the seller should refund the money to buyer.
Seller claims that the hardware was damaged after COD, we all know that there's no way to proof that now. Seller also claims that some sticker is removed. A pic or whatever to verify that?Buyer claims that the phone never left his pocket. Can buyer proof that nothing is removed from the phone upon COD?
