You seem comfortable where you are. Its this place called the comfort zone.

Regarding your company/career, it seems to be a great industry. For a start, since you're getting your degree (finally), maybe go interview with your competitors, be a project lead/bigger responsibilities, and a ladder to climb.

Frankly, certs/training doesn't matter as much, if you have the skills/knowledge. E.g. an idea to optimise the performance of the product by 20% using unconventional ways, and its not an idea, you have a way to actually execute it.

That matters more than certs.

You need to know how to leverage your time. 30 something with family is not a laughing matter.
