nyapheng, why do you claim that its 99% mint condition when the battery cannot charge beyond 60%? If you can't answer this properly...then I think Keat12's signature should stay there forever. Mature or not...he's doing a good job warning us of you. Its up to you to solve this problem which shouldn't have occured in the first place. Notebook not charging to the max is very noticable.

none-the-less, we cannot determine whose fault it is for the faulty battery. But if its new, can you guys just go to Acer and get a warranty? Do you really have to buy a new battery? This could just be a faulty battery. How long was the notebook left "unused" and "uncharged"?

and the baterry uncharge and unused from the first days,as the mouse also,the mouse's rechargeable baterry i think last time is GP but i lost it so i bought two new one to him also,but the mouse really never use forget the thread who dun blive the mouse never use
