I think what keat angry is nyap heng are not hornest . Seen Nyap Heng state there Battery is unused, now the problem existed. Nyap Heng should be responbility about this i think, like pay back some money to reduce Kiat's lost. It's same as selling cheaper then RM3100 , rite?

due new 1 year warranty baterry is around rm 285,so old battery also can recycle and get rm 50-rm 70 back
if the baterry only can charge 60% means 40% gone so i willing to paid u for the remaianing 40% which is rm 285 x 40%=rm114
but just he dun wnat
