at 1st..3.1k buying that laptop...can consider ok and i'm very happy after he wanted to deal with me. while that time some1 offer me a ferrari laptop that he plan to get from a bulk which is only 2.4k include postal to malaysia. i'm thinking to get from that forumer... which is .1. but this guy(nyapheng) pm me that msg..which i quote on top..saying his 1 is perfect , with bluetooth mouse and battery TOTALLY NEW & NEVER USE B4..he claimed that he's laptop is 99% new and i will be very satisfied with it.. . ok fine..so with 3.1k ..i buy this ferrari 4002 laptop from him. and i'm very "SATISFIED".
so..i COD with him yesterday..at his shop at timesquare. He tell me to test kao kao b4 take back. coz no warranty will be given. ok...so i test with 3dmark,..prime95..which he suggested...and everything was fine. ok..anything more to test? can run on battery.. so..no problem rite? very nice item..i thought. and a very nice seller..thankful to him.
after i bring back the laptop...and left it charged for the whole night...when i wake up the other morning...more than 8 hours i assume.. found that the battery status is only 60%. i suspect that something wrong with that. ok..i use the laptop until the battery empty again...charge again..and it will only charge until 60% max no matter how long i charge.
ok...what will u do if u were me? i send msg to him n call him for many times.. coz he didnt reply. until midnight he finally appear to talk to me online. after complaining about the battery to him..after that, he tell me that coz it's a 15 inch lcd running x700 graphic card..so it will show only 60%. ok wtf..u think i dumb ass or u too dumb to tell me this n trying to persuade me to believe ur shitz like this? any UNUSED battery will show only 60% max? he say that he has no responsibility at all on that. not his problem. i ask for refund..at 1st i ask for a replacement battery...but in the end..i only ask for RM 150 ..a new battery will cost RM 500 ..coz he say that his laptop his in "SUPERB WORKING CONDITION". if any1 of u have msg him bfore asking for discount on this laptop..i believe he told u this as well. after talking to him for long time..he say he will refund me RM 100 ONLY & with a condition I TAKE BACK THE OLD BATTERY TO HIM. if not..he only will give me RM 50. wtf? for a faulty battery..u only refund me RM 50 and i've to give u back the old 1 so u can sell it for recycle?
ok...he say that i didnt test properly while i'm in his shop..and he said that no warranty will be given after taking out from his shop..coz mayb i'll spoil it myself. BUT will u test a laptop to charge 8 hours and wait there like an idiot after he assure u his battery is UNUSED..and i believe that even if i charge 8 hours in his shop and it appear to be 60%, he will say i need to charge 24 hours.
so how much do u think he should refund me for that? or should give any responsibility on that at all???????? which he is now. RM 100 for me and i've to give back the battery, then go get a new 1 immediately..which i have no choice coz no battery to use anymore.
in the end..i'm so damn pissed with his not responsible attitude and didnt take his offer. RM 50 for wat? for a beggar or pity me? nyapheng.. jst keep it for urself. for ur irresponsible attitude..u are damn pissing me off..still say after talking to me dun feel like give me refund, which he claimed i'm childish..keep msg him n calling him. ur RM 50 keep it to feed urself.

most of the forumer knows that he post a topic to ask whether a ferrari laptop is worth 2500 is worth to buy or not. so after i try to bargain with him..he claimed that he bought the laptop and he use it his self...which he can prove with the receipt with his name on it. ok..so i believed him. but when we met at timesquare yesterday..when he show me the receipt..it's written FONG xxxxx .. his name is KOO NYAP HENG.. ok..why i know? coz when i bank in deposit to him at maybank2u..it's written clearly. and the funny thing is...he say that FONG xxx is his name. and still didnt admit that he cheated me . KOO and FONG is same family? LOL.. feel ashame for urself.. have to lie to ppl on ur own name.
and when he show me everything...trying to do some demonstration...he dont even know how to connect the bluetooth mouse. for a normal human being.. after using 1 year ..will u keep ur bluetooth mouse sealed and untouched? didnt even tried b4? mayb u are that special..i dunno...
i told u i dont fxxking mind how much u buy this laptop. u are so lucky to get it on that cheap price and sell to ppl.. but do not give assurance to ppl for everything which u are not sure. u dont even know the condition and promise ppl that ur laptop is working great n battery is TOTALLY NEW ?
freaking tired talking to this guy.. trying to ask for refund..which make me looks like a beggar when he only give me RM 50 . for those ppl who trying to get his ferrari laptop but in the end u didnt get it.. u are lucky.
