okay, lets hit with ur depression 1st, the best food to fight depression , i would suggest u drink cocoa powder + brown sugar (* not milo, take note, milo contain barley which is bad for the body) go get a cocoa powder and mix it with brown sugar, best remedy to lift up ur mood, and eat omega 3 food, e.g sardine is the best source ( warned : it taste very fishy you might not like it ) , but sardine is still the best, free from mercury contamination , dont fried it, if not the omega 3 will change to omega 6 , so steam the fish, and cover it with.. anythings you like to make it taste better, omega 3 is the food for your brain, you want and well oil functioning brain, omega 3 is the best.

okay, healthy diet, in short, you have to stop eating all of this kind of food, foods that make from wheat, rye, barley and oats , wheat is the major here, bread biscuit cookie noodles pasta, you have to stop eating ' completely. rice and bihun is okay.
replace bread biscuit cookie noodles pasta with rice , bihun, sweet potatoes , yam, tapioca , potatoes.
and dont eat fried foods, any fried foods is bad, it will put stress on your body.
