now if you willing to tell more about your problem, i willing to be read it , i think some other people might too, so take your time and tell you problem, me or somebody else might provide you the solution of your problem.

well, from now on, you should have prepare for plan B and C if plan A failed, prepare for the worst , acknowledge that sometime ,something will be out of your range of control. example : raining, you cant control when it raining start, but you can always prepare for it, take an umbrella.

failure is the mother of success, so dont be afraid of failing , the more you failed, the more you will understanding the problem and eventually you can find a solution to it.

temporary blaming urself is fine, but after that you still need to find the solution for ur problem.

the way you describe your parent kinda make me feel like they're not a good parent, but thats okay, you just have to ignore them, dont let their negativity affect you.

hater gonna hate, you cant control how people view about you, so ,stop care about their judgement, it is you, you're the only one that is true to yourself, and it is only you that you should mainly accounted for.

apart from all the above mentally works, you still have to eat well, sleep well, a healthy soul can only be maintain by a healthy body, if you interesting in some diet advise, i think i can give u some, only if you're interested. ( i dont like to waste my time typing then only to be ignored by the person)

okay, lets hit with ur depression 1st, the best food to fight depression , i would suggest u drink cocoa powder + brown sugar (* not milo, take note, milo contain barley which is bad for the body) go get a cocoa powder and mix it with brown sugar, best remedy to lift up ur mood, and eat omega 3 food, e.g sardine is the best source ( warned : it taste very fishy you might not like it ) , but sardine is still the best, free from mercury contamination , dont fried it, if not the omega 3 will change to omega 6 , so steam the fish, and cover it with.. anythings you like to make it taste better, omega 3 is the food for your brain, you want and well oil functioning brain, omega 3 is the best.

okay, healthy diet, in short, you have to stop eating all of this kind of food, foods that make from wheat, rye, barley and oats , wheat is the major here, bread biscuit cookie noodles pasta, you have to stop eating ' completely. rice and bihun is okay.

replace bread biscuit cookie noodles pasta with rice , bihun, sweet potatoes , yam, tapioca , potatoes.

and dont eat fried foods, any fried foods is bad, it will put stress on your body.

then you have to take 90 essential nutrients every now and then, if you can absorb it daily then it gonna be best

you dont have to buy their supplement, but you will need to consume a wide range of natural food to obtain the nutrients ( im not a salesman , dont worry )

so , you have google up the food source from all the 90 essential nutrients.

there is really a wide range of food, in short, i would suggest you consume the according food as these are superfood that contain wide range of nutrients, e.g : egg, broccoli , apple , sardine , almonds
