Cut junk food/fast food, exercise, drink green drink (juice your juice fruice+ vege juice/ take spirulina +chlorella+ wheatgrass/chlorophyll ), take activated charcoal tablets, drink 100% green tea without sugar

Do not buy those detox products in the market. They may cause more harm than good. Do yourself (lemon water) or only take the the safe products (spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass)

You can’t detox your body. It’s a myth.
There’s no such thing as ‘detoxing’. In medical terms, it’s a nonsense. Diet and exercise is the only way to get healthy.

Actually you can. Stimulating bile flow (turmeric). Bile is produced by the liver and the liver is the filter of the intestine. All food/medication which enter your stomach will be filter by the liver.

Another one is preserve kidney function. Cause apart from the liver, the kidney also filters all blood in the body. So cut high salt food and drink lots of water.

Don't think so Cause if you leave the tea too long (didn't drink it), it turns brown. Also it will turn brown if brew for too long.

If got colouring, sure the colour will remain green right?

First, how much is the price? Any hint of MLM elements?
Second, the ingredients are common. If is expensive, just do yourself.
Fibre -psyllium husk. Eat more papaya, green veges
Probiotic - make your own kimchi/yogurt
Supplements - can be found at local pharmacy

The above is cheaper in the long run.

For me, I watch my diet, and on average jog 5km 3x a week. My advice is to be consistent, general health is a challenge of willpower. Take for example, don't give in to our cravings and chew on extra calories, they'll go to our waist. But it's always okay to have a cheat day once in a while.

It's snake oil.

Snake oil salesmen will make great claims, sometimes going as far to cite research (that they themselves conducted, conflict of interest?). It's nothing new. The only thing we can do is rely on evidence.

In this case we have more than evidence though. The idea of "detoxing" itself is something that doesn't make any sense in terms of the human body and it's functions.
