Yeah. Why Stop there? Blend up oganic veges (I never said fruits). If too expensive, get vege wash to remove all kind of chemical on the veges. Go to your nearest pharmacy, ask for calcium cabonate tablets. Drop one in and blend your veges and lemon together. The calcium carbonate to precipitate out the oxalate in green veges. Drink that. You can use broccoli, spinach, carrot, tomatoes, capsicum, celery, whole lemon (whole lemon better than lemon juice), cabbage, purple dragon fruit, bananas, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seed, pineapple, garlic, turmeric (add black pepper and 1 tsp-1tbsp of virgin coconut oil for maximum absorption of turmeric).
Be creative!!!

The green drink will take some getting used to.

I start my day with the following shake and "tea" with the following supplement:
QUOTE
- Spirulina + Chlorella + (Wheatgrass + Barley grass + Alfafa grass - 3grasses premix powder) shake
- Turmeric (black pepper + virgin coconut oil) + ginger + goji berries + crushed cumin + chili powder + cinnamon powder + oregano + thyme + rosemary + dulse + greentea + oats + baking chocolate + milk
- Fish Oil, Grape seed extract and Olive leaf extract
Also, exercise. Diet alone is not going to help you. You need exercise.
