Cut junk food/fast food, exercise, drink green drink (juice your juice fruice+ vege juice/ take spirulina +chlorella+ wheatgrass/chlorophyll ), take activated charcoal tablets, drink 100% green tea without sugar

Do not buy those detox products in the market. They may cause more harm than good. Do yourself (lemon water) or only take the the safe products (spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass)

You can’t detox your body. It’s a myth.
There’s no such thing as ‘detoxing’. In medical terms, it’s a nonsense. Diet and exercise is the only way to get healthy.

Actually you can. Stimulating bile flow (turmeric). Bile is produced by the liver and the liver is the filter of the intestine. All food/medication which enter your stomach will be filter by the liver.

Another one is preserve kidney function. Cause apart from the liver, the kidney also filters all blood in the body. So cut high salt food and drink lots of water.

Talking about green tea, I'm wondering those tea bag OSK green tea is good enough? I'm drinking 2 cups a day on working day... Sometimes I feel like there is some coloring on it because the color so rich  hmm.gif

Don't think so Cause if you leave the tea too long (didn't drink it), it turns brown. Also it will turn brown if brew for too long.

If got colouring, sure the colour will remain green right?

wondering is it bad when it turned yellow? I also realize if water is too hot it will turn yellow very quickly as well... that's why I always brew with water around 70C for like 3 mins

Thinking of juvanex. Is it good?

First, how much is the price? Any hint of MLM elements?
Second, the ingredients are common. If is expensive, just do yourself.
Fibre -psyllium husk. Eat more papaya, green veges
Probiotic - make your own kimchi/yogurt
Supplements - can be found at local pharmacy

The above is cheaper in the long run.

I am trying self made lemon + honey drink  now. Any advice?

Yeah. Why Stop there? Blend up oganic veges (I never said fruits). If too expensive, get vege wash to remove all kind of chemical on the veges. Go to your nearest pharmacy, ask for calcium cabonate tablets. Drop one in and blend your veges and lemon together. The calcium carbonate to precipitate out the oxalate in green veges. Drink that. You can use broccoli, spinach, carrot, tomatoes, capsicum, celery, whole lemon (whole lemon better than lemon juice), cabbage, purple dragon fruit, bananas, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seed, pineapple, garlic, turmeric (add black pepper and 1 tsp-1tbsp of virgin coconut oil for maximum absorption of turmeric).

Be creative!!! tongue.gif The green drink will take some getting used to. smile.gif

I start my day with the following shake and "tea" with the following supplement:
QUOTE
- Spirulina + Chlorella + (Wheatgrass + Barley grass + Alfafa grass - 3grasses premix powder) shake
- Turmeric (black pepper + virgin coconut oil) + ginger + goji berries + crushed cumin + chili powder + cinnamon powder + oregano + thyme + rosemary + dulse + greentea + oats + baking chocolate + milk
- Fish Oil, Grape seed extract and Olive leaf extract

Also, exercise. Diet alone is not going to help you. You need exercise.

Wow. U must be very healthy...

I don't believe in detox. What's the point you "detox" for 7-30 days and for the rest of the year, you eat unhealthy. I believed in providing the body with food pack with nutrients everyday so that it can function optimally. Why only be selective once a year?
