Apparently, last weekend the lawyers had no choice but to give a copy of the SPA when purchasers forced them.

Some of my friends tried asking for it this week, developer is no longer budging.

Purchasers, please exercise your rights! Get your photocopied SPA ASAP!

Do you smell danger?

what's the danger? if you are scare, get your own lawyer.

scared for what...never see such a developer so honest to  everyone and willing to listen opinions and comments from buyers...thus...we believe Mr John and Marimo can do the best for Ohako...his first baby in Malaysia... tongue.gif

First time i heard SPA lawyer not allow to initial every-page... interesting...

and IF they are using HDA format SPA then there is nothing to hide, so why can't get a copy? (if want to use GREEN way then can scan and email) Also interesting....

2 month got another SPA? Maybe is the newbie SA giving the wrong info only...

buyers are not stupid; lawyer is governed by law and regulations. not everything in public domain is true.

hi....just ask ur sis in law go see by her own eye and do own site visit and analysis....it was not an issue at all....

at first after read forum...my partner also asked me reconsider other project, but after I bring her went to site and to see with her own eye and feel it....she is the one asked me to stick with this project and proceed with it.... biggrin.gif

never influenced by some comments as you need to go and see it by yourselves...then u will noticed it is totally not an issue....

especially it was quite a distance plus opposite the river....plus ohako not direct facing....with its orientation....special design and the effort from Mr John to make every buyers happy by listen all the opinions and comments...then keep on improve it....no matter from any aspects....concept, design , orientation , facilities and others....very unique and  thumbup.gif

i agree, this development is far from the cemetery, somemore cut off by a major river. no developer will put words like 'Opposite cemetery" in their advertisement cos it is not a plus point. Look at kimcrest at puchong hartamas, cemetery just across the road, prices increase every year. it's personal preferences and we don't need to keep on bringing up the issues and make developer a bad guy. they also had tried their best in terms of design. my 2cents.

The project below is also Across the River with a large-sized, relatively new cemetery. This cemetery is Nirvana with crematorium.

We can do a comparison between both projects - Ohako and that.

.... Just that to some purchasers is they are buying for own stay, this is a definite no-no.
Mr Dobson,
This is not so-called sharing facts, this is influencing.
It is good to let buyers know the true facts and let them decide themselves.
Please don't go overboard, some developer is not that kind.
Cheers,
