I was a happy buyers at the time of signing S&P, because I was promised loads of good thing, Japan quality, cashback, access way (bridge), onsen etc. The Japanese developer sounded sincere and friendly, often asked for comments for improvement.

However I am now a very sad owners. Cashback that he promised he declined to pay, the form that we submitted (written with cashback) turned into a blank form. Japan quality ? If Ohako is one, at least all my Japanese friends will feel ashamed. Leakage issue non stop, because the waterproofing, as well as the flooring was done badly, defect team used some short term fix, and issues reoccured again and again, till warranty period ended, they washed their hands. High quality Japan toilet ... never seen such poor toilet. All the furniture came as package was cheap cheap and broken fast. Appliances in the show room was big brand, those in unit are lousy, close to unusable. Green garden etc are made up with cheap artificial grasses, soak water here and there, breading mosquitoes at some points.

It is my house now, Developer handed over. They dont care, because they had collected full sum. I wish I can improve it, but why should I buy a sub-standard new condo, from Japanese Developer, Marimo Land ? Simply because I was stupid, stupidly believe the developer is a genuine guy, with Japan quality, good values that often linked to Japanese.
