-developer is from grand father pass to his grand son (reputation? wont run away? this is their 1st project in malaysia)
-grand son is a very hard working person (yiu, who care?)
-ioi boulevard there going to open a colleague (from same developer), the agent will rent Ohako from owner as their hostel. (wah,damn far la..)

-the bridge to Taylor College are proposed - this is one of my major concern

I heard it is very Jam during morning and after work hours, i went there 25/07/2019 (Thu) 5:25pm~6:00pm the traffic unexpected smooth, i thought there would be very jam, last week i went 8:45am traffic also nice.

Just not sure about the progressive payment now. The loan is fully reimbursed. but I haven't got my key yet. And plan to hire defect inspection specialist before moving in. So do I need to pay full amount??
