1. car park have to change since...many buyers do not want far frm lift.
so if far frm lift, center raw around 40 car park for each floors, all make it to visitors.
plus these place can use for car wash. We have car wash for every floor which is very rare.
I accept small change from buyers for car park place which is very kind as a malaysian developer.
your car park, still can change before stamping.
it is not a reason to canaell.

since no complain frm majority buyers, i increased car park price...sales is still lower than my cost.

before stamping,
my lawyers will dbl check whether any objection or not frm buyers then we only go for it.
