This morning when I try to reverse my Volkswagen Polo TSI from my house and realise that my engine symbol is on and the wrench symbol is blinking. And I found out that I couldn't reverse the car even I step on the throttle pedal but am able to move forwardl. Just sent my car to  VW Sungai Besi.

My guess is something to do with the gearbox. Any idea what could be the problem?

Bro, suggest you to file a complaint thru consumer tribunal. More effective than file to VW. Trust me.

FYI....i just change my kaput DSG last month on my 2011 rocco (no more warranty)....its cost me 8k...its totally new from germany...only install by local workshop nearby my house.

They cant simply order the DSG base on the car model...
they need to drop an email to VW germany by using VIN to get the verification before place an order.

Now my car running smoothly like new....

Really! Half a day... I'm going back to KL today... Just call VW roadside to jump start and I'm gonna go straight to sc after this. The guy did check via voltmeter its around 9v or something.

1 and a half years... I'm at skudai sc now.. Techician all went 'makan' only available at 2pm.. Once they are here they gonna start to work on my car as per service advisor told me.

I wonder why they don't have split shift, all went makan at the same time, anyhow the process of claiming battery warranty not that hassle.

I see, even after changing also we can changed during the 1st 2years?? Mine is new car less than 2yrs.. But really it took darn long to just replace a battery...

3 and half hours now at sc, they just replace with new temporary battery and processing the warranty claim...

Don't think SC provides 2 years now. Heard it became 1 year warranty only.

Yes, I do change my battery outside now and I am not using the Varta too. I'm on a VW CC

Guys. My warranty for golf mk6 tsi ended on the 30th of september. Should i service at service center or should i continue with outside service.

I want to continue service at official vw service center, but thinking of applying for smart warranty but must service at their appointed dealers.

In a dillema. Anybody who has been through this do enlighten me.
