For battery warranty claim you may need to leave your car at least half-day for them to inspect before providing the replacement battery.
Keep an eye on your Mecha since mine gone after jump-start.
For SC, i dont have idea since from Penang.

Really! Half a day... I'm going back to KL today... Just call VW roadside to jump start and I'm gonna go straight to sc after this. The guy did check via voltmeter its around 9v or something.

How long have you been using that battery? Close to 2 yrs?

1 and a half years... I'm at skudai sc now.. Techician all went 'makan' only available at 2pm.. Once they are here they gonna start to work on my car as per service advisor told me.

I wonder why they don't have split shift, all went makan at the same time, anyhow the process of claiming battery warranty not that hassle.

If your car less than 2 yrs, battery can claim
or if your battery earlier changed at SC, you can claim within 2 yrs.

Else, jump start & replace it outside....

I see, even after changing also we can changed during the 1st 2years?? Mine is new car less than 2yrs.. But really it took darn long to just replace a battery...

3 and half hours now at sc, they just replace with new temporary battery and processing the warranty claim...

Hey guys - need some information for you... I'm using Jetta ckd and now clocked 68k... no issues whatsoever before this... since yesterday I had trouble to start my car... everytime I turn my key it won't do anything and then there's a message move your selector lever to P/N...

The lever of course always at P when I parked, I have to lock my car open up again few times then it'll start... do you know what possibly the error would be??
