issue on not receiving mobile TAC, come back again? not able to receive for rhb

is the celcom online portal webpage got problem? showing this error:

Error 404--Not Found

The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

question, recently ported out from celcom (first38 upgraded to rm45 package) to other telco.. celcom statement date is 28/mar and i ported out on 30/mar.. so went to celcom dealer to confirm the due amount, yes - make sense i need to pay for Mar, but since i ported out after statement day, they said i will still need to serve full payment for month april, does this make sense? shouldn't it pro-rated? can i complain to MCMC?

still under negotiation, for now, better u port out 3-4 days before statement date..

I lodged complain again via email and threaten will report to mcmc and kpdnkk, surprisingly celcom got back to me said will pro-rate it. Settled.
