Eh want to ask have anyone here got missed call sms from celcom when you press the pick up call button? Like the call dropped the moment the phone rings and you pick it up to answer. Like within 2sec the phone started to ring ,press answer call it just give you the dropped call tone.how often does this happen? I got it twice within this 2 months from callers calling me from telecom and maxis, celcom line also.

it's normal for celcom now. network cannot cope with huge numbers of users incl MVNO which also ride celcom network 

That's the problem when it is much cheaper than maxis. I hope maxis ex-customers will port back to maxis so that the congestion becoz of the exodus from maxis can be ease down.

People still complain Maxis plan is expensive so how to port back ler? somemore those already pay penalty to port out, they cant get the penalty back from Maxis if port back.

Celcom have to expand/increase their network to accommodate more users now.

it's won't be so fast. they tend to do things slowly. Now the time to collect back what they invested previously.

Definitely celcom will expand, but that may take some time.

Maxis is just rm18 more expensive than celcom, it is not that much. Those who are new to celcom may not realize the coz of the problem is people porting out from maxis to new cheap 80 celcom package and they cannot stand the current celcom congestion.

So definitely they will port back to maxis. Dont worry.

Maxis user is complaining that Celcom plan RM 80 got 5GB+5GB (weekend) so basically is not only RM 18 more but Celcom user will have additional 5GB in weekend.

Those will port back I guess is they cant stand the coverage. Maybe Maxis is better coverage than Celcom (not sure which coverage is better).

Celcom used to much better than maxis but becoz of the cheap gold 80, celcom network system is not able to cope. So now maxis is in much better position
