Now hopefully the competitors can follow Maxis for their DataPool concept.

So far only Maxis and U Mobile have very good supplementary line plans.

JB I am always getting ~12mbps... Now at Kuantan is a snail 0.5~2mbps.

Using 4G? May i know your area nearby where?

I notice the slow due to 4G. I set it to 3G much better now.

Means their 3G better then 4? I gonna try now.
All this while i lock my connection to use only LTE.. aiiyoooooo!

Ya, my area Cheras yes. Now i using 3G and work fine.

My area 3G max can reach 3mbps max and 4G ca reach almost 20mbps.
- I got better speed if i set my phone to use only 4G but i cant make or receive calls

Have to sacrify one lo. Get Celcom know about your issue so that they aware of it.

Lazy call them.. they cant do anything also

True also. They will just say will escalate the complain to technical team and wash hand.

And then when comes to technical team.. they pretend see or hear nothing.

- STOP wasting your precious time talking with them.. cause they dont careeeeeee!

Wait until VoLTE is available, then you'll be able to make/receive calls while on LTE/4G.

I thought everyone know Celcom 3G is better than 4G in terms of stability & speed
