ah yes, nexis. well, it will be interesting to see how well it fares against TG mall.

Different concepts. Nexis is a hybrid mall which houses restaurants, cafes, boutiques and bars while TG is more of a shopping mall.

Pupulation in KD is growing in upwards trend for the past 10 years. With the existing few construction projects,
KD population is expect to be increased further...Plus the surronding area like Sungai Buloh, D'sara Perdana,
BU, Mutiara D'sara. Tropicana population, I think not enough population is untrue. I personally think that
problems are more on current road condition (due to construction works) that makes folks avoid going to the place,
plus lack of attraction point/strategy from those Mall's Manegement in order to attract crowd.

I do agree the concept seems unique. Almost wanted to buy the service apartment when they first launched. But in the end didnt proceed

population in KD is booming. 5 years ago and today the difference in the crowds is very obvious. perhaps you mean there are too many malls. KD is strange, the aeon big is a ghost mall but just around the corner giant is crowded.

Looks like SS2 mall.
How about their strand walk? Also not good? I thought it was a good concept 4 years back when they launched their residence. Almost wanted to buy 1.

The Strand is quite dead when i went there recently.

My friend sold his house too. The last time i visited was to attend his hari raya open house. This place is hard to get carpark especially at Standard Chartered
