Any friends been to The Strand Red Carpet lately? Was there in February 2015 and was bit shock that the Red Carpet Boulevard in front of Strand Mall appear to be like pasar malam street which have many small stalls selling things and even some hawker stalls .... Phenomenon looks unmatch with the Red Carpet Boulevard France designed....Strand Mall inside also very queit...The Management really need to make some effort to alive the place...

pasar malam is considered good for encor location n management.. Strend mall many tenant suffering n i think the mall will nvr close down but will continue to lose occupancy n someday will be just an empty mall with free toilet for the nearby ppl

Oh,means is Encor marketing strategy to make the Red Carpet alike pasar malam?

no la.. no choice already as no tenant wana masuk.. when u go thr at night how many restaurant even 30% full?

oh... the design of the Red Carpet is nice ... thought it will b a happening place at first.... the way Encor bring in hawker stalls is not a good idea I think
... if u have chance to visit the place then you will notice that there are some watermarks appear on the Red Carpet street floor... it could be the consequence of bringing in those hawker stalls in the place...If Encor wants to bring in those stalls , then they must ensure it won't destroy the cleaness of the street... otherwise
this would become worse in future...

I think they not bothered about the mall/stalls as they busy selling themself to feld@... i bliv there is NO way to save the strand, what u think as a local from thr? malls usually dun bring in many type of tenant tht may cause damage/equipment not suitable for mall/red carpet type environment...

strand mall suit convert to specialist mall like digital mall, red carpet suit for doing event

Selling to feld@ ???!! you means the Mall & Red Carpet only or the entire Encor incluing Strand Residence will b sold to feld ??
is this feld famous in Mall/ Residence management ?? Honesly I personally felt weird with the street phenomenon which unmatch with
the Red Carpet layout & environment....

Bro, if this is the case, then it will disappoint those residence buyers with the hope that there will b a retail shopping mall
at their bottom living. I went to their Sales Gallery before & was told by their Sales Person that will b a retail shopping mall
with famous tenat....I don't think Strand residence would keen to get a unit there if it's jut a digital mall....

felda is federal land development, got mall expertise? sad to see a nice looking mall like encorp strand just withering away. it was always kosong kosong one since 2 years ago until now, this time round i didn't manage to go lepak there but since i read this post i guess must be still the same .

i like watch movie there.. very quiet and not crowded

first day going impress by thier toilet but recently go ... toilet no manage well....

Too bad,Why one land development expert wanna buy? and why Encor wanna sell? This could be a nightmare to Strand residence...
All sweet words and promises by Encor can just become empty kosong!!

yep, I was really impress with the Red Carpet & looking forward to the Mall in 2011...2014 the Mall started opening, I again look forward
that it would bit Sunway Giza... but now really sad to see a nice layout environment end up like this..speechless

whole encor group will be part of feldu.. i bliv encor group wld make feldu even worse off..they maincon for few projects n all look like abandoned.. like lowprice said upscale pasar malam here la..

bro, u didnt buy encor strand residence right? i think this comes to proove that one mus choose good mall manager/analyze viability of the mall before buying apartments above emporiz nearby will fail even worse than this..

Too deep in. And near to the flat areas. It's very good idea to turn it to Pasar Malam.. Suitable to pipu stay around there and get to hang out at comfortable area there buy cheap things. Looks only upscale but need sell cheap things to match market need.

yep, bro. I almost wanted but luckily turn back at the end.. So the Garden Office in front of GIANT KD also will b under feld?? I went to
Garden Office last week... whole block of completed shops/Offices all empty like Ghoust Town...except few facing Strand shops.. I think
rent out also difficult to find tenant now....

the new mall at the other end to sunway giza on the same square also very chialat. only 1 or 2 shop open so far.

bro, r u referring to Sunway Nexis? My persional view is Nexis have more potential & chance to become crowded place compare with Strand.
It just finshed constrcuction this year and facing Persiaran Surian MRT main road. Walking distance to MRT and surronding by
established shops in Dataran Sunway...

ah yes, nexis. well, it will be interesting to see how well it fares against TG mall.

after mrt done may 180 turn, but need take time before turn to ghost town like nxz
