We can look from multiple angles.
In generally, at least from the ethicality perspective, if l post a menber's picture here, l will get the permission of the member.
I have complied it all this while.

Next l agree that one objective of the person who posted pictures is to get the developer's attention/justification.
However, the lack of text didn't spell completely the actual situation. So, readers in the forum may not get the actual scene as well.

There is always a better way to establish communication with developer.

Some m buyers also have this view. This is at the common areas and facilities side, which are mainly owned by developer, continued from mall structure.
As for the internal unit, it is delivered as spelt in SnP, matching the earlier "mock" unit.

Other components like mall are having more foot print than last year. Can stop by using MRT and visit the mall if you have yet tried it. TOD feature is there.

It's up to the market to decide the price. Willing seller and subsale buyers.

Speaking on the EKC mall, the mall management has recently touched up the mall a bit. Painting/spraying dark some ceiling of the mall at BlkJ side. Some pillars also got painted(between BlkA and BlkJ). As usual, they are slow. Hope they continue improving it.

As long as the community that laughed will revisit the mall, that is good enough for me.

9lai has his/her right to publish his/her own photos or text publically. For that, l respect one's right.

But if he/she is using the photos without permission, then this posts at least an ethical question. Me not a lawyer, can't comment further about copyright.

Not choosing side.
The project has just VP three months ago.
As owners are having ongoing discussion with developer until jmb is formed, l personally think the content is premature to share it here for now.

Yes in overall..
In fact some companies have already occupied certain levels of the office building and the company names are displayed at the lobby.
Heard small layout units of EKC gets more demand than the big ones.
