At about 800psft, is it feasible to buy the service apartment for rental? Anybody knows any comparable project to benchmark this project with? In term of rental etc.

One approach is to use newly vp-ed property rental along the nearby MRT stations, references are
1) You Residence(two stations away, towards Kajang),
You Vista(not vp yet)
