TowerN is a hotel. It has been launched last year..sold 7788 already...Can use it for own hotel stay or sign for grr package.

EKV's style is very thrifty ...

Bumi units are a portion of the unsold quantity.
Selling cheaper will piss off existing larger buyer group.

Also it is not good to their future marketing too. Buyers in future will only look for "soften" situation to buy.

So I will think unlikely to sell cheaper.
What they can do, maybe,
1) based on the current psf and let go the rebate(SnP spelt same price as previous buyers), or
2) based on higher psf, gives better rebate(SnP spelt higher price)

I could be wrong too...

Ya, you are right! Ultimately, Quality, Strategic location and "Eco concept" are keys to success. With their current progress, I expect there will be some delay.

Rise of the EKV pillar at MRR2 Midah. This is not the first time of EKV's presence at MRR2 as DUKE was connected from MRR2. But for Cheras MRR2 area, this is a remarkable milestone for Uturn flyover
