Can't imagine staying in such a unit for months or years. The novelty will wear off after a while.

In the previous forum that I used to hang out years before coming here, they have a rule that anyone who creates a duplicate account will get banned. How it's possible is because both the site moderators and admin can see the account's IP address and if they find out that there are 2 accounts sharing that same address, then it's an automatic ban on both of them.

Can't recall if this forum have such a rule or not.

I was there last Saturday and there was a decent crowd, but you're right on the vacant lots.

At the main atrium, they're fully tenanted (same goes for LG) which gives the impression that it's doing well if you enter from there, but once you go deeper into it, you'll notice a lot of vacant lots.

Construction materials are long gone when I was there last Saturday.

You should check your SPA again if it's written as 36 months or 48 months. If the former is stated, then you can go ahead with your claim. If it's the latter, then it's best not to pursue it.

Wonder if this lawyer is your atypical 'ambulance-chaser' wanting to try his/her luck to make a quick buck. So proactive to approach buyers of this project instead of them coming to the lawyer.
