have you ever been to EKC before comparing apa apartments in Beijing new York London and etc???????

nobody asks for your prediction of future prices, and its seriously none of your concern.

we were talking abt separate nice entrance for ekc and you jumped into the discussion that apa overseas apartments entrances are a lot better.

I get that you can compared and claimed overseas apartments are better IF YOU BEEN TO EKC......BUT CLEARLY YOU HAVENT.

"Went to EcoCity mall last Saturday afternoon. The place is dead. Guessing 50 people in the whole mall, most of those at the five coffee shops. Jaya Grocer (whole of level 2 - big area) about 5 customers. Lots of fresh food going to be dumped - sad really.

I knew one of the previous owners of the land proposed to develop Syed Putra Mall, but nothing was built on the spot.

I did verify with friend. his boss told him IGB boss begged him to take 2 lots of shop office. I can ask my friend for his boss's full name to confirm the story.

I don't think any buyers or non buyers were informed of the stripe back, rawness and 'green' concept

the brochure also didn't show much except exterior building concept.

have you seen the final product (service apartments) interior and exterior?

you can confirm now all the apartments are not painted, no ceiling no tiles rusty here and there?
