yeah it is much more expensive but with the fat LAD it looks like a steal..

surprisingly Kim Lian Kee wanna open at this mall as there already have other 2 outlets (Viva Home & Velocity) in Cheras..

food is getting more lousy and expensive.. lolz..can see the outlet always swatting flies and customer getting lesser..

Well, Leisure Mall has always aimed for the neighbourhood in Cheras since its opening decades back when Cheras wasn't developed and flooded with low to mid income family. Now their strategies remain the same although the neighbourhood got wealthier and demand might have changed too. But Leisure Mall is still their convenient one-stop shop. And if you notice the GSC in Leisure Mall is cheaper than the standard ones in MidValley and so on. Also they're even busy during weekdays too as most of their consumers there are student, only weekend is for family. So yeah, basically the whole mall is cater for medium-low to medium-mid income earners. Thus PPB's GM or director once said Eko Cheras is not a direct competitor to them

And Leisure Mall keeps upgrading every 5 years to keep up with its condition, which makes it looks alive and a good running mall haha
