Hi bluespot,

If you are Maxis postpaid user, you can proceed to unsubscribe the Spotify via http://m.maxis.com.my/spotify from your device browser. Please make sure that you are connected to the mobile internet and wifi is off while doing that.

However, if you are a #Hotlink customer, your subscription will be auto terminated after 30 days activation.

MaxisONE plan 128, MaxisONE plan 158 and MaxisONE plan 188 customers gets it for FREE while enjoying more than 15GB of free Spotify data (not applicable for song browsing, which includes scrolling through albums and playlists with artwork)

I know they dont like customer to unsubscribe services, but dont make it difficult for user. It leave bad taste in mouth for their existing customer or potential return customer. I cant wait for my 2 years contract to end by this Sept and immediately port to other telco ( Maxis supporter for over 5 years )  doh.gif

If you are user that subscribed to rate plan MaxisOne 128 and above, your mobile data won't be consumed while you listening to Spotify.
