The only reason why i am not buying into the idea of RUMAWIP or Rumah Selangorku is due to the restriction from renting it out.

Yes. I know the gov want to avoid flippers. But then the idea that i have to live there at least 10 years (5-6 after vp) doesnt really help in making my decision. A lot of things can happen.

And yes, you may not get caught if you rent it out but then how are you different from the corrupt politicians. One crime leads to another. No?

I tot rumawip is gov effort to help those people can't afford to buy house, so that they are not homeless?

Haha.. Do you thing they use kepONG name because it is better than Jinjang.  for me, both name are equally low tier.. so, doesnt matter.. It's not premium name like Mont Kiara, Dutamas, Wangsa Maju etc.. It's just KepONG, like BalakONG, puchONG, low tier place name.. So, Jinjang or Kepong, doesn't matter..

I just realised that this rumawip finish early, before MRT2 finish construction..

It's not a good sign.. Owner need to have holding power for 1-2 years before can rent out..

The so called bad facilities by some threaders, can only be countered by walking distance to MRT Jijang.. Otherwise, It's liabilty to the owner.
