1、 是墓群还是单一:
如果是墓群,那基本可以判定为不吉。因为墓群的阴气过重,一般的家庭是无法承受那么重的阴气影响的。
2、 距离远近:
如果坟墓离住宅50米内,一般是不吉。如果在300米以外,影响比较小。如果在500米以外,则可以忽略不计了。
3、 在住宅哪个方位:
一般坟墓在住宅后方,尤其是后方有山坡,坟墓在山坡上方的,则问题不大。如果坟墓在住宅的前方或开门之处的,那基本可以判定为不吉。如果在其它方位,则要视具体情况。
4、 是否有人祭拜:
如果坟墓还有子孙每年祭拜,则问题不大。如果坟墓多年无人祭拜,则不吉。
5、 坟主家族是否兴旺:
如果坟主家族富贵,人丁兴旺,则较吉,这可以说明住宅所在之地应该是福旺之地。相反,则大凶。
6、 别墅还是高层楼:
如果自己的住宅是高层楼,则没有关系。毕竟高层楼住户众多,阳气充足。单一坟墓的阴气影响不大。
7、 旧坟还是新坟:
需要考虑这种情况的,多在乡镇农村。如果先有坟墓后建宅,则无关紧要。如果先有住宅后建坟,那则是阴入阳地,人不安,不吉。

I can't predict future oso cant control who's gonna b my neighbour. But tis criteria somehow ll partly define luxury to me. I repeat. To me. Thou I dun think a gd prop guarantees gd neighbour. I mean neighbour ya not neighbourhood.

Mrt sibeh gd. I half agreed nia. Dun ask me why. Gua usually ask my gutsi feeling. Enesta banzai.

Soli I lazy to search. How far mrt to enesta entrance har??? Slightly further away meaning losing the game??? Siudai neutral wan. U c my face sure u know I no lie.

Boss just for sharing. 85% of upper flr shops under Strata title actually not doin well. The balance 15% either gd facing for exposure or pure lucky.

In commi play we ll pay extreme obscene price for grd tat performing than paying half the market price for upper flr units (if we hav an option)

Of cos the above doesn't apply to all. But so far I found non tat doin well at the upper flrs.

Remember I'm toking bout Strata ya. For Dev to keep grd in enesta it's obvious tat they just wanna milk some fr commi buyers here to fully subsidise their grd units. Why??? The cost of building any flr is not gonna hav much difference. Sell 2 flrs cover 1 grd.

No worry. Ignore my statement. Saturday morning I tok kok wan.

Boss u missed 1 thg. In Strata the management still able to control the tenant mix. They dun need Dev as owner to make tat happen. If jmb has more Dev reps than owners then they ll kill owners by disallowing duplication of tenants which definitely Dev has upper hand to grab beta tenants.

I'm sharing my sexperience nia. In practical world hanky panty can happen. Tis u hav to trust me. We r living in malai. 😬😬😬
