The mall will only be full if got some event at pwtc. I think its location is less desirable. Theres more malls with much better accessibility in kv. Unless this mall can come up with something rare or different compared to other malls in kv, I think it will die soon.

Quill Mall at Jalan Sultan Ismail also dying. Not sure about the crowd during lunch hour but at night not much ppl.

.... he took us vacation In kl, and bought kiki lala apparel for us kids in there. vague recollection walking those floors .... now empty. sedey. |
