Im seaman and bought sim in tanjung pelepas 4 mnth ago im here in brazil and my sim has no signal cnt connect to any network pls reactivate my sim to be able to top up my number is 011-14056185 ty my sim will wxpire this june 30 thats why i really nees to activate its a big help for me using hotlink in overseas hope to activate sooner ty

Hi, my phone show no mobile network since yesterday. I tried restarting, turning on and off the airplane mode and even take out the sim and reinserted it again. the validity of maxis card not yet expire. I top up rm60, 2 weeks ago. Can you help check it pls? My number is 0178933572

Hi..I port in to hotlink from celcom prepaid..Please check my phone number..0137463085..I wait for 3 days already but the sim card still not in service..The maxis staff told me after 24hours can use but nothing happened?

Hello
My SIM card doesn't seem to have service although it registers the available networks. I inserted my SIM card into my phone recently after not using it for a couple of months and haven't been able to connect to the network. I am overseas and need service to complete some banking transactions. I would appreciate help to resolve this issue.

Hello!
I have a Hotlink Red Sim card (896001180354166702) It says on the package that the sim is valid until 30.09.2019 so it should work. However, I don't have a signal and I can't log on the App with my number.
Has the sim card maybe expired since I haven't used it for 2,5month?

Hello my card has been deactivated for a few weeks how’s and it shows no service my number is 0142311731 and was hoping it would get reactivated as soon as possible it is urgent.

Have you tried checking the APN in your phone, that it's corresponding to the SIM card you've put in?

Old post, but in case someone else has a similar question... IIRC, the date printed on the SIM pack indicates the last day for the SIM card to be activated, not the validity of the number. The grace period for Hotlink Red is 50 days (unless it's been changed since the last time I looked), so not having done anything to the number for 2.5 months... I'd think the number has been terminated.

Iam Using Hotlink Red Sim from February 2019 this month i came to India, now from 2days it's showing No service. my Mobile no :01117641659 card no :896001181260906813 I have received sms on 26th stating CRT DIY package will be deactivated in 5 days. from next day no service to topup the mobile no. is this because of expiry of service can i get this back?
