The previous Hall of Fame winners were Kirk Hammett (This was 5 years ago I think), Edward Van Halen, Stevie Ray Vaughan and yes.... Jimmy Page.

Ok.... I officially detest Avenge Sevenfold:

December 18, 2006 - Good Charlotte have confirmed that their fourth studio album, Good Morning Revival, will be released on March 20th, 2007.

The first single from the forthcoming new studio recording will be "The River," which features M. Shadows and Synyster Gates of Avenged Sevenfold. The song is due to impact commercial radio in January and will mark the first time that GC have officially collaborated with another artist on one of their albums.

"We've been friends with Avenged for a longtime. This wasn't planned, but it ended up working out," Joel Madden explained. "We were sitting around listening to some new music and they liked that song so we asked them to jump on. It felt right and sounded really cool. Aside from being friends of ours, we're also fans of their music and since this is our first collaboration, we couldn't be happier that they're a part of our record."

The video for the single was directed by Marc Webb, who previously directed GC's "Festival Song" video. The video, which features M. Shadows, Synyster Gates, and Good Charlotte, was filmed in Los Angeles.

As for the album itself, it was produced by Dave Gilmore, who produced the band's self-titled 2000 debut.

The band is planning to launch a world tour after the album drops.

Urgh...... Avenged Sevenfold and Good Charlotte??? Zakk must eat his words about M. Shadows and Synyster Gates claiming they will rule the guitar world now!!!!!!!!

Well, depends on how long it's been on the shelf! It needs a proper setup if you're changing the strings to a different gauge, if it sounds off or just to make it look nice and shiny!!!!

think of a setup like sending your car for service.
you can still drive it, but it doesnt feel right.

btw, today went woh fatt.
they have a copy of the jim dunlop straplok system, RM36.
the original is RM80+ in harmony now, so should be same price in bentley.
