Well, depends on how long it's been on the shelf! It needs a proper setup if you're changing the strings to a different gauge, if it sounds off or just to make it look nice and shiny!!!!

SUPPOSED to be easy because musical instruments are supposed to be non-taxable. But then the custom will see it as electronics..... then liao.
