Gameplay I would say 95% similar to the demo version. Overall speed might be slower.
Usually I'll start Master League once OF for all league release by the community. So no comment on that yet.

PES 2017 is a much slower game pace and require much more tactical/strategy than Pes 2016. All issue related to Pes 2016 such as weak GK and Stupid Ref have been fixed.

But you may download the demo to judge yourself.

IMO there was a huge improvement from previous version, but it only can be identified once you play the demo, relying on the videos alone is not enough.

Last night I play in exhibition match using Liv vs Man U. After 4 defeat in top player dificulty, I start tinkering with the advance instruction. Using tiki taka and gegenpress.
My 1st game using this tacting was winning by 4-0.. I repeat a match using same tactic, and again winning by 4-1.

What I want to say is, you might need to change/ experiment the tactic by referring to available player, opposition tactic / formation and your own preferred playing style.
With the adaptive A.I. by the cpu, you need to attack / defend in various style of play. I.e. attack by using a winger from the start to the end of the game might not be a smart move to attack the A.I. this year.

And patient is the key to penetrate line defense.

Region lock?! Damn what a pity, really like pes2017, very different experience from my regular fifa, hopefully konami will do something about this

Friendly matches still can be played between R2 and R3. Only OD and myClub region lock.

Next month going to have 2 offline tournaments. Do register yourself and don't missed out the fun!

Haha i won 3rd game when i decided to change tactic using the advanced instruction.
T_T demo i felt it was easier.

Though i'm worried with the too much rebound from GK. I dont play online that much, but hopefully this isn't something that people can abuse..

U VERY GENG , i play profesinal also cannot win

IMO, there's alot of improvement as well as some weird stuff (which i'm still getting used to.

1) GKs are so much better that they get me jumping and cursing more than before
2) Refs are strict on wrongly timed sliding tackles that ppl will now try to just use the pressure opponent button...
3) shot rebounds do not always 100% fall to opponents anymore (yeay!!!)
4) corner kick (attacking/defending) options are great

1) passes or crosses sometimes just go astray
2) player control switches to unintended players (occasionally)


havent really explore thoroughly the Advanced Instructions & in-game Attack/Defence level switching...

all in all, a great release from Konami this year, i would say!

PS: Champions League group stage special agents for Myclub coming up in a few hours!

Hi I juz downloaded the pes2017 PS4 option file for kits and etc. But when I go to edit mode - data management - import /export .. it now allow me to download message pops out" in order to use this function you will need to connect to the PlayStation network and check that there are no user generated media restrictions for your Sony network account. any tactics/instruction that is useful to make players run behind defenders line to find spaces, other than manually trigger the run (L1 + right stick direction)? somehow i feel like this year the strikers make less run to find spaces..
