Hi all.
Was there today and found out that in the sales brief while waiting to select unit that it's not a dual key unit as said by agents but dev will build the missing door after CF. only those two design of the available three (I.e. Those with two toilets) will be affected |

Dev had opened odd levels to the 1st batch and I guess even levels to the queueing batch. Theres no balloting for a lucky dip to get the cheaper units of 299k. What a let down. Agents were flabbergasted or least mine were π

Yes my opinion that the private viewing though organized well - no mad rush but the info presented were in small print - I was the many who can't see it well. I must thank one particular participant there to raise hell that selected floors (odd vs even floors) were excluded from the first batch of viewers 1-300

I read u Aaron but there's was supposed to a balloting for the very limited units. The dev ppl tells me then that the balloting was decidedly cancelled.
We will queue overbite even if there's a ballot for one 299k unit. π |

My own feel was that I was too ambitious aka greedy when presented by a development to ANY units below 300k. I guess our mindsets is not being used to see such lower offers in a historical perspective. Hope more developers will come onboard and not shortchange us buyers.
