why always blame bank reject the loan, can't you just think

if they are so many buyer at the launch day, shouldn't the waiting list long enough to cover all the rejection, highly likely the first day BBB scene is just a show, stop blaming bank for the rejection as based on the statistic publish, the approval rate is high as 70%....

Are you suggesting that the rejection should be higher that, 50 or 60 rejection?

Bank is nothing but license loan shark, their income is come from your interest, they are more desperate to loan you than you want to loan from them.

If you are a genuie investor you should know that how easy to get approval.
