The fuel sensor you saying is the one inside the tank right? The fuel gauge level thing with a float? If that one an be repaired.

Kruk kruk sound check the ARB bush, end links and the suspension top mount

Our rear only got these few things which I thing will cause the sound. The rear absorber top mount, the torsion beam mount or the lower absorber mount. How long is your car already?

Check your front end links, and your lower arm ball joint. for lowered kaki your saga balljoint is prone to koyak if lowered very low. Coz our saga ball joint will angled upwards after lowered causing the load on the ball joint boot to stress. It's easy to check jack up car and use flash light to check the boot if koyak just go spare part shop buy the ball joint. If you go workshop most will ask you change whole lower arm they will say no ball joint replacement one.

Your kluk kluk sound is when u press the clutch or no press the clutch? If no press clutch u hear the kluk kluk sound but sound disappear when u press clutch that's the sound from the clutch release bearing.

This one saga lower arm ball joint. The boot will koyak easily especially on lowered saga. There are replacement ball joint made in china also have, made in taiwan also have. Made in Taiwan the quality is better, rubber boot is thicker or you can just buy wira ball joint boot and modify to fit on saga one. The reason for the boot to koyak easily is when the car is lowered the outer side of the boot will compress more then the inner side so this cause all the pressure and grease to squeeze towards the inner side. Usually I saw is all koyak on inner side.

How old is his car ah? if vibrate kuat kuat then engine mount front and back need see....cause I got buy a pair of new engine mount from Proton and it's very soft nia....use hand can twist twist the rubber already...

The extra engine mounts I buy to do test and modification....but no time to buat yet... sweat.gif

Check your lower ball joint for the sound on the front if u press clutch got sound suspect is clutch related issue.

My case when the ball joint koyak is go through speed bump or bumpy road at slow speed but when jack up tire to shake 3/9 cannot shake... but ball joint koyak...I think if can shake at 3/9 must be ball joint kayak kao kao very loose like old lady baru can feel... biggrin.gif

Then fast forward to 11pm when Im leaving from relative's house to head home. Then the car start to hiccup and feel like dying  whenever I stop at traffic light at D gear. It became worse and worse on every stop of traffic light which I have to switch off the aircond. Then it drive about 2KM and start loosing power and then eventually stopped. No matter how many time I Wuekekeke it still wont start.  shakehead.gif  I then called a tow truck and have it towed to the nearest SC first, then went back on next morning to file a complain.

Meanwhile for the warranty side, I did the previous service outside instead of SC. By right the warranty should be void already, but the SC offers me to have it service on the spot and they will remain the warranty for the fuel pump.  blink.gif  Which I agreed to pay for the expensive service because the "bawah pokok" service also due already. So I saved money for the fuel pump but back to Petronas lubricant.  sweat.gif

Yeah, cars with CANBUS multiplexed system. You better not give it to any half pass 6 people who don't know the car to do the wiring job. 1 single wiring mistake will cause you hell lot of a problem in the future. Some problem will show immediately some will only show up later in the ownership of the car. My experience is with my Pug 206. Mine was a year 2000 car so it was not fully multiplexed system yet but the BSI (Body Control Module) something like CANBUS also. Was a very very fooking sensitive piece of device....when I bought the car I didn't know it will give so much headache if you tamper with the wiring at the BSI unit. Even just to tap power from the BSI input caused my car door actuator to not function properly, check engine light sometimes come and go. Then I lost my car key so I opt to change the entire alarm system to a Viper unit which was a very very very bad idea. The installation itself was already a very difficult task trying to figure out which wire is which since that time the 206 was only available in CBU units Naza Bestari was not even launch yet. It took me and the shop guy 3 days to get the alarm installed and wiring correctly but in the process we have spliced don't know how many wires already. Tap wire here and there. Initially no problem surface after installed...I was like yeah...cool viper alarm sound "Viper Arm..Viper disarm" with he EL flashing viper logo on the corner of the windscreen. Then shit start to hit....car cannot start sometimes, sometimes engine suddenly die, sometimes gearbox light flashing, sometimes idling halfway engine die....I was plague with endless problem which myself have not a clue....went to google and found many pug and citroen have BSI unit problem. Then as I google more the more I got shock....you just can't simply mess with the wiring. I end up ripping the entire system off. repaired back all the wiring before the BSI unit burnt itself which will cost me few Ks to get a new unit from PSA France. There was not much technical support locally here back then and the pug 206 owners group was small and mostly remain the car stock and lightly modded not sohai like me rojak japan and local car parts....

So yeah, multiplexed system has its pros and cons. If you wan to do something just be sure to get someone who really knows the car wiring system really well....
