Hi guys,

i wanted/planning to buy Saga Plus, i had check n ask for the prices at Proton,
RM33k manual RM36k for Auto with some discount as i driving my Iswara = 9yrs x 100 = RM900 discount (not trade in).
I feel not bad, since i cant afford Rm4xk above.

But the problem for me now is.....
i dunno choose manual or auto,
i have driving manual for 9 yrs, so far i feel manual very good.
but my fren keep telling me to buy the Auto,
he told me that Auto is more saving petrol than manual.....

So which one should i choose??
Any recommend? Auto mafan or not? as all my exp is for Manual.

Same places. Just didn't work regularly in KL anymore, so hardly go Bkt Jallil/Sri Petaling

dunwan la, later i say cvt fuel saving, later some diehard nutcase say otherwise la. so never ending story.
but sorry to say la, proton is not fuel saving one. only fuel saving is either viva, axia or hybrid.

i lived for 30+ saga thread every single day from 2012 until this day.. sudah old ady.

So far here nobody plan to change Saga Plus?

change to saga plus. no. change to other car? maybe.

For me is like old iswara change to new car.
No need too expensive.

Actually when i see Saga Flx i also like the design (since mine so old style....)
But when i see Saga Plus, just a bit disappointment on the body kits, as i thought will be same colour like Saga Flx Executive ver (grey like tat), Saga plus will same colour as the car

CVT was suppose to be fuel saving, but my CVT Saga never get good fuel consumption. Why?

CVT was suppose to be fuel saving, but my CVT Saga never get good fuel consumption. Why? Because I like to accelerate fast, thanks to CVT, the acceleration somewhat feel like aeroplane taking off without changing gear, just hear the engine noise and feel the force pulling you forward. 

My Saga on city drive 10km/l for heavy foot, 12km/l for light foot.
Meanwhile long distance drive vary around 14km/l to 15km/l.

PS: Dont bash me because of comparing Saga to aeroplane. 

Manual, CVT u need to understand how this mechanisms work then only can be fuel saving.
