But the workshop chief agreed to listen my recordings and said that even though they will have to replicate the noise he bets the noise is coming from the springs in the center of the clutch. The attempt to repair this will consist in new clutch kit, machine flywheel and new csc. Wish me luck and hope that mother fuck*r will rattle when they go out for a ride. He sounded very confident i am sure this is not the first time they hear this rattle. I also asked if the problem could be gearbox or flywheel, he said no way, 99.9% sure clutch related. |

Zc32s? Zc72s? This son of a bitc* did not made a single rattle there damnnnnn!!!!! Hi there,
I'm looking for service and maintenance info for the Suzuki Swift Sport 6MT, hope owner's in da club here can share. I found some rather shocking info from the official Suzuki MY SSS maintenance schedule. Gear oil change every 20,000km. (Not sure for CVT or MT) Brake fluid change every 20,000km. Coolant change every 40,000km. Those are very frequent change with such short interval! This post has been edited by Kosumaledoko: Aug 31 2016, 04:35 PM |

QUOTE(Chisinlouz @ Aug 31 2016, 05:03 PM) My Kelisa 5MT, from owner's handbook:Gear oil change every 25,000km. Brake fluid change every 2 years (no mileage stated) . Coolant change every 2 years (no mileage stated). Honda CR-Z 6MT, from Honda MY site: Gear oil change every 60,000km. Brake fluid change every 60,000km. Coolant change every 100,000km. So with the above comparison, SSS really need much frequent maintenance. But what's stated on SSS ZC32S owner's handbook? Is it different from Suzuki MY's website? |
