hello everyone
i am Gonzalo, i live in Uruguay (south america)
i own a 2016 zc32s swift sport.
when i received the car i instantly noticed steering column rattle.
took the car to the dealer with 100km, they replaced steering rack and steering column, that problem is gone.
at 200km i started to hear a rattle with warm engine at idle.
if i press clutch pedal noise is gone, release pedal, noise is there.
problem is car does not rattle all the tme, some days rattle, others dont.
i will take it to the dealer next week.
i saw a video from a member on this thread that had same problem, here is his video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AAE6adWjF9s

also here you have my video, i have found a way to recreate the noise, you have to give a very brief gas tap and you will hear the rattle, listen from second 25 until end of video, you will hear clearly.
in my opinion is flywheel/clutch related.

i would like to know if someone has this problem fixed, and know what the solution is.
ps. i know this is not an isolated case, some swift sport sold in europe (the ones build in hungary) also suffer from this, and also saw 1 in japan with this issue.

Just left the car at the dealer.
This son of a bitc* did not made a single rattle there damnnnnn!!!!!
But the workshop chief agreed to listen my recordings and said that even though they will have to replicate the noise he bets the noise is coming from the springs in the center of the clutch.
The attempt to repair this will consist in new clutch kit, machine flywheel and new csc.
Wish me luck and hope that mother fuck*r will rattle when they go out for a ride.
He sounded very confident i am sure this is not the first time they hear this rattle.
I also asked if the problem could be gearbox or flywheel, he said no way, 99.9% sure clutch related.

good news , went to the dealer, drove the car myself, and after like 5 or 8 km the car rattled, tech heard the noise and said no more, they are going to download the gearbox and have a look.
in both techs opinion problem is clutch related, center of the clutch or springs, so new disc, cover and CSC will be installed if they confirm they diagnosis

tomorrow car is going to dealer to repair the clutch/gearbox/flywheel rattle.
will let you know the result and hopefully the source of the noise.
repair will take 2 or 3 days according to what they told me.

zc32s clutch/flywheel noise apparently fixed.
got the car back yesterday, hasnt rattled until now, is also very quiet, no matter if you have clutch pedal pressed or not, is very sillent.
tech told me there were 2 springs in the clutch that were a little bit loose, but only if you apply a lot of pressure on them, that was only difference between old clutch and new clutch installed.
csc was also replaced.
