Dear all ZC32S's owners, do you guys experience this loud knocking/ticking/rattling noise from engine while cold start?
After driving a while it will disappear, but sometime it will make noise again while idling.
Has been sent to Suzuki Service Centre few times, they either can't solve it / can't heard it...
Would be much appreciated if someone had this problem before and it was fixed/solved.
Update: Ok sorry i just saw the previous post from other 32S owners as well having the same issue.
After done my 40K service with new spark plug the knocking/ticking noise reduce alot, i can say near 80%. But i just worry the problem only show after i do my own service and void the warranty.

Someone knocked my Swift Sport today when it was parked. No idea who did it.
1. Any idea how much to fix and should i take to Suzuki panel shops?
Concerned bout my car warranty
2. Will it rust if I leave it?
Picture after cleaning
Sorry to hear it bro.. i know how u feel because it happened to me not once but twice
1. Better bring it to any paint shop.. much cheaper and faster workmanship...
2. From your picture i don't think it will rust but maybe the paint will show crack symptom in future...
don't worry it will not void your warranty since it just cosmetic damage... i repaired it twice in different incident and so far i have no issues with SC (*touch wood)...
First incident : Crash test on wall
Second incident : Side collision with 1 tonne lorry (10km/h)

Yes top up til full. The reason when u accelerate or stop the flyid swosh to the side causing fluid sensor level detect low.hence the brake lights up. Else your brake pad thin aldy.
