Dear all ZC32S's owners, do you guys experience this loud knocking/ticking/rattling noise from engine while cold start?

After driving a while it will disappear, but sometime it will make noise again while idling.

Has been sent to Suzuki Service Centre few times, they either can't solve it / can't heard it...

Would be much appreciated if someone had this problem before and it was fixed/solved.
Update: Ok sorry i just saw the previous post from other 32S owners as well having the same issue.

After done my 40K service with new spark plug the knocking/ticking noise reduce alot, i can say near 80%. But i just worry the problem only show after i do my own service and void the warranty.

Suzuki sc one of the worst.. Even more teruk compared to perodua.. They kept saying ini macam punya.. Even my rm48k myvi..all problems they check and solve it nicely.. Ini 105k cakap ini macam punya.. Memang macam ini.. This that what not.. One of their ex managers told me.. I dah try yang terbaik mungkin.. Kalau ada masalah lagi, memang nasib la.. Rubbish technicians suzuki malaysia hiring.. No qc one..

alwinnng  Wah early morning dy start complain , zc32s let u down again a lol . The sound memang macam ini punya , my car pun ada 

I dont know how knocking sounds like... but during driving, there will be grrr grrr sound when gas pedal released. Happen during cold start and even after long drive.

Next few days / weeks im sending in my car to semenyih sc..they ask me send there..

Crack? Mine that day kena huge stone from a trailer.. Got a small 1mm hole chip on the surface only.. Buy insurance for glass lo.. Then go change..

Week day also cant. Kolig took AL alrdy i need stay in office. Mine is star shape crack like a old 50cent size. Can repair but cost like 80 to 120...might as well change whole cos i insured Rm300 mar.

My problem is bored with this car d... droll on superbike. SC cant fix this issue one.
