Hi

if a condo units are rented out to students, is there a limit under the law as to how many can it house based on the sq ft
of the unit? bomba requirements for instance?

where can one find the regulation governing issues like this?

u mean convert is just adding partition is it? make more rooms? not a problem bro

bomba requirement is for the whole project. ur unit is inside of many units. the fire safety is already accounted for. plus ur tenants not many oso in regards to the whole development.

if u develop a proper hostel building or budget hotel then that needs bomba requirement as the density of human is high and the flow oso high. very particular in terms of adequate fire exits, escape route, signage etc

if in a condo small issue mang. no prob. dont burn any corn starch inside though brows.gif brows.gif brows.gif

so if my unit is 1000 sf and I put 20 people in it with or without converting more rooms is still ok? 50 also ok ka?

can fit and got waterfish willing to rent upto 50 person oso no problem

ur condo got 3 lift +1 bomba lift rite?

ur condo got 3 stairs from top floor to bottom floor rite?

got hose reel rite?

it has only 2 lifts..one of which is bomba lift..
only 2 stairs..

1000 sqft only 3 rooms bro..convert living room to room got 4 rooms

sumbat 1 rooms 3 pipu so max can fit 12 pipu. 20 pipu oso can.


ur condo how many floors? per floors how many unit?

recently developer has started to prevent too many people staying in one condo...i'm talking about the new ones. you need to check, these days after signing S&P there is another document (can't remember call what already la) and it will mention what's the maximum amount of people can stay in the unit. Key word is "people" so be it students, wokers and so on
