Hi if a condo units are rented out to students, is there a limit under the law as to how many can it house based on the sq ft of the unit? bomba requirements for instance? where can one find the regulation governing issues like this? |

recently developer has started to prevent too many people staying in one condo...i'm talking about the new ones. you need to check, these days after signing S&P there is another document (can't remember call what already la) and it will mention what's the maximum amount of people can stay in the unit. Key word is "people" so be it students, wokers and so on
