bomba requirement is for the whole project. ur unit is inside of many units. the fire safety is already accounted for. plus ur tenants not many oso in regards to the whole development.
if u develop a proper hostel building or budget hotel then that needs bomba requirement as the density of human is high and the flow oso high. very particular in terms of adequate fire exits, escape route, signage etc
if in a condo small issue mang. no prob. dont burn any corn starch inside though
