Oh still consider above average workmanship ah? That's good to hear. Lucky not below average. If not spend so much money and buy a rubbish then need to boot lick and gosok it like gold.

Overall of course above average. I am very particular, even a slight thin hairline crack, I will consider defects.

I'll be terribly upset to see my investment goes down the drain if I were to suck on any horrible defects that make my home looks like an abandon graffiti dorm. Hairline cracks etc are considerably unacceptable for some people like me and you. Perhaps some development where the roof falls off or different marble colours etc are considerably very acceptable average workmanship to others.

According to the staff I talked with last Wednesday, 50+ Fairfields owners received their keys.

I tried to go in fairfield yesterday but the guard dont let me in cause im not the owner . Well, it seems they dollow rules.
Parkfield left 20 unitplus. Coming up will be townhouse and q3 will be condo next to clubhouse.

Seems that the vp is slow? Mind to tell how many delivered and total how many units in Fairfields?

q3 means this year 3rd quarter ? so fast?
