sometimes i dont know why i pick for tropicana heights leh . me and my wife aim ecomajestic marrydale half years ago , which my ccriss is not clean enough , so i need to wait another 6 months to apply my loan , in the meantimes , i visit ecomajestic many many times , for all of the big event , v love ecomajestic very much . but now , when my record and bullet is all ready in place , it just one time jalan jalan to visit tropicana heights which i had been visited b4 half years ago , then booking just placed .... why ar .. haha . mayb black magic ...

No doubt that Ecoworld township wins TH hands down. But I'm pretty sceptical when it comes to a place where there are more investors than genuine buyers. I really hope Tropicana future condo won't throw price like Ecoworld Karisma.

I kinda like the Parkfield's "double volume" thingy whereby the height of the ceiling is double. Anyone knows whether such designs are available elsewhere?

Once settle down just stick with it. I know parkfield house is small & expensive but ask yourself what you want. Security? Green nature? Lifestyle? Family Living experience?
