I have also received VP letter. I need to pay around RM1k accumulated interest. Could it be my bank pays late hence the interest? Can i claim back the money from them or at least the difference between their rate and tropicana's 10% p.a. interest rate?

Which payment is late You have to pay first and try to claim back from lawyer or bank but if you don't pay first u cannot get keys |

today just visited TH central park with my kids . too hot even in 6pm , wondering wat happen to the whether ...zz , just to share wat i saw in the masterplan .

Why the price all up and down geh? Developer SA give more discount to some ppl and less to others? Poor price control by tropicana!

If SnP dated 1st March, by right 24 mths completion due date 29 Feb but VP letter date 10 March. Am I entitle to claim LAD ?  |
