Get Note 4 only if you need to use the Spen. There are better alternatives ( cheaper too) out there

My Sync always on n i never bother disable any google stuff. I only deleted hangout app

MHL HDMI perfectly working well. Make sure you get the newer MHL adapter as older type meant for Note2, S2 n below will not work.

Any Samsung authorized seller will have it. Just ask for unit compatible with it as I still see older types being sold.
Later I will take a photo of packaging to show you. Cannot remember what version no as don't recall there is such ?? Now out of the house.

Bought that 3 years ago for RM 129. Now should be much cheaper already

I have Chromecast too but watching movies is much better n smoother on the mhl adapter

Despite what Samsung haters will say , this Note4 remains my next favourite phablet after Mate 7
My present LG G4 is better than it But it lacks the SPen. So my choice is still Note4 over G4.
I had sold off my previous Note4 to fund for the new Macbook.
And today my very good friend had offered me free his Note4. He just bought a LG G4. His one way to appreciate all my help to him past 3 years in all his Androids. He refused to take a sen from me. Well I will be getting back into the Note4 tomorrow!!

That is very low
On stock room I could easily achieved 5-6 hours n additional an hour plus on custom room
Mainly on 3g/lte n 80% of time on Internet stuffs ( browsing, fb, what's app, tweeter, newsreader, email etc) but no gaming
Your wake locks must be very high so much so battery is consumed while phone is idle
Look into all your apps that will refresh data n reset their refresh period to that you need
If phone is not rooted try Internet commander pro a very good app. Your drain will rarely be above 2% with phone on standby over 7 to 8 hours
If phone is rooted more easier tools are available

He is a freaking rich guy ( millionaire in fact) and he changes phone every 1-2 months. He doesn't need any budget to do such stuffs unlike me.
I just got the Note4 from him and it came with custom rom Sweet V14. Had just factory reset it and I am now flashing it to Simpl 4c my favorite !

Last time I use together with Ultimate Kernel but felt not much use as I had never bother to tweak further the kernel. This time I did not bother to install the kernel

YES - there is less Samsung bloatware. Go and read the XDA thread and find out what Samsung stuffs are removed. You can install back any of those if you wish or try restore it back from your Titanium Backup
Do a nandroid backup of your current rom so that you can easily restore it back if you wish

If you still faced such problems after factory reset, ask for motherboard change
If it happens only after installation of apps, than you need to hunt down yourself the app culprit. Try avoiding installing unofficial apps from elsewhere

Tested the much lighter rom ShapeShifter from same developer of Simpl rom. One can save about 300mb space vs Simpl rom. Is stable n yet to see any serious bugs
One would need to flash any one of the full pack - Note4 or S6 or HTC or Sony or just choose the minimal file he had suggested. I chose S6 full app.
No need to wipe data if flash over Simpl rom. I suppose not necessary too if flash over stock rom as similar to Simpl rom

Nothing change on camera n video. Same as stock rom. Video slow motion ? What possible issues are you refering to ??

Dont see any noise. Just tested
Try yourself to assess better

V3 ?? Long wait... you can always do a nandroid backup first and easily restored it back . Dirty flash it and all your stuffs remain intact. If you had xposed mod installed you'd need reflash this only
