I had successfully installed xposed mod n activated all the installed modules. Only mod i installed was 3 minit battery mod.

You can try restoring TW home from your Titanium Backup if you have. Most users prefer a larger grid up to 5. Infact most custom roms has enlarged it to 5
Yes Wannam xposed is definitely compatible
Just try yourself any other mod to know better
Keep a nandroid backup just for security sake. Just restored back incase you face any continual reboot testing any mod.

Did you activate the wannam xposed module in xposed mod installer?
You need to run wannam xposed mod n choose what you need first
Go to framework of xposed mod select it n choose reboot
Download wannam xposed mod from playstore or you installed wannam xposed installer instead?? There are 2 different things. Dont install wannam installer if you had chosen arter97 installer

No idea whether is CWM problem. You can try reflash with TWRP. Get the TWRP. Img file from TWRP main site and use free app flashify to flash it.
I use TWRP as is my favorite recovery. It backup n restore faster vs CWM. On phones with No ext sdcard it recognize ext usb storage devices for backup.
Wannam retry with orher options eg display date in taskbar. Not all stated features will work. You can feedback to developer at his XDA thread anything You find Not working - must mentioned your phone model n firmware you are on.

Just hope Samsung does a better job on it vs S6e. Tons of 5.1.1 updates complains n rarely hear anything good about it!!

Absolutely no difference to me in temperature - that is serious if need put under fan. Battery life is definitely positively better on Simpl rom as it has less bloatware hogging in your background
Did you do a dirty flash ?? Is better to do a clean flash since changing developers

That is good enough . Clean flash means wipe data included. Strange your phone heated up during boot up

Had never bother with trying to change bootloader or modem. Such stuffs I only did years ago on the older S eries n up to Note2.
BTW I noted Simpl v4c modem is at BOE1. No idea what it was previously on 3c.
My Note4 LTE ( Celcom postpaid) downloads speeds remains excellent as before even vs original stock ( played with it few hours only).

My eldest son in Spore is using SnapDragon set. I would say overall I find the Exynos set is snappier . He often complain poor battery life on his. I don't blame him as he had never bother to tweak the phone. He just use it out of the box. He doesn't even bother to update the firmware.

Installed ultimate kernel v37 n change gov to lionheart/bioshock. Did that out of curiousity to assess how good it can be. I had been reading only praises n rarely criticism about it
I tested only briefly same kernel on previous 3c rom but didn't see any significant differences
Will keep this kernel as long as is stable
